Service disruption
Dear Patient,
Please be aware that refurbishment and construction work will be taking place at our Goldsworth Park Health Centre site from Wednesday 18th March for approximately 4 months. The site will remain open during this time but we would like to apologise in advance for any disruption or noise pollution that this may generate over the coming months.
